My Story
Seasonedx109
Food is more than just a passion for me—it’s a legacy. My journey as a chef began at Exit 109, where I found not only my love for cooking but also the family that shaped me.
When I was six months old, my father and I were welcomed into a family in Red Bank, NJ. At the heart of that family was my grandmother, who embraced us as her own. Every holiday, every gathering, and every lesson in her kitchen deepened my love for food. She taught me the art of cooking, the importance of tradition, and the power of a well-seasoned dish.
By high school, I was living with her full-time, soaking in her knowledge while taking culinary classes. I graduated from Red Bank Regional High School and went on to earn my degree from Johnson & Wales University, turning my passion into a profession.
When it came time to name my business, I reflected on what shaped me most. The answer was clear—Exit 109. That place, that home, and that kitchen are where I was seasoned as a chef. And now, every dish I create is seasoned by 109, sharing that legacy with you.

Welcome to Seasoned by 109—where tradition, passion, and flavor come together.
